Years ago, the core proposition of my work in personal branding was never just "BE SEEN."
It was always "KNOW YOURSELF."
Because once you truly understand and can communicate who you are, you'll be impossible to miss.
Just ask the people who have worked with me one-on-one. Some have loved my process. But anyone who wanted me to 'just get to the visibility' typically wasn't interested in doing the DEEPER work that is key to absolutely everything. (And they’d be so annoyed with me, LOL).
When you're struggling with burnout, this mandate to know yourself becomes even more important.
You need to know what drives you, what attracts you, what repels you, what MATTERS to you.
Chasing the payoff of an inauthentic path will ALWAYS be an uphill battle.
And uphill battles are tiresome.
